Mobile spark plug replacement with engine and cabin filters
The Tune-Up Service starts at $349 for select 4-cylinder vehicles with standard-access spark plugs and normally priced application-specific engine and cabin air filters. The package is designed for routine maintenance when the vehicle is otherwise running normally and the required parts and access fit the starting-price scope.
Starting at $349 for select 4-cylinder vehicles. Additional cylinders/plugs, premium or OEM specialty plugs, difficult-access or hidden plugs, intake/plenum removal, unusually expensive filters, and other vehicle-specific requirements cost extra. Ignition coils, coil boots, and spark plug wires are not included.
What the $349 starting price is built around
The starting price applies to select 4-cylinder vehicles using up to four spark plugs with straightforward access, plus one engine air filter and one cabin air filter with normal application pricing and access. Before scheduling, we confirm the year, make, model, engine, and preferably the VIN so the correct plug type, quantity, filter part numbers, and labor access can be checked. If the required parts or access fall outside the starting-price scope, the difference is quoted before work begins.
What can increase the tune-up price
Six-, eight-, ten-, and twelve-cylinder engines use more spark plugs and usually require more labor. Some 4-cylinder vehicles can also cost more because plugs are hidden beneath an intake manifold or plenum, mounted in difficult locations, or require additional components and gaskets to be removed and reinstalled. Premium, OEM-only, specialty, or unusually expensive spark plugs and filters also increase parts cost. Final pricing is vehicle-specific and is confirmed before service.

How the mobile service works
Send the year, make, model, engine if known, VIN if available, mileage, and exact service location.
We verify spark-plug quantity/type, engine and cabin filter requirements, and access before confirming the price and appointment.
At the appointment, the included maintenance items are replaced and basic operation is checked. Any unexpected issue that changes the scope is explained before additional billable work is performed.
When mobile service may not be appropriate
This package is routine maintenance and does not guarantee that a check-engine light, misfire, rough idle, poor fuel economy, or other existing drivability problem will be corrected. Vehicles with damaged plug threads, seized plugs, major disassembly requirements, or shop-only access may need a different repair plan.
Before the appointment
Send the VIN when possible. Tell us about any current check-engine light, misfire, rough running, recent ignition work, or known intake-manifold removal requirement before scheduling. Do not purchase spark plugs or filters unless the exact application has been confirmed.

Frequently asked questions
How much is the mobile tune-up package?
Tune-Up Service starts at $349 for select 4-cylinder vehicles with standard-access spark plugs and normally priced application-specific engine and cabin air filters. Final pricing is confirmed for the exact vehicle before service.
When should spark plugs be replaced?
Spark-plug replacement intervals vary by engine, plug type, and manufacturer maintenance schedule. We recommend following the vehicle-specific service interval rather than replacing plugs solely because of mileage or using a tune-up as a substitute for diagnosing an active misfire.
Are six-, eight-, ten-, or twelve-cylinder engines still $349?
No. Engines with more than four spark plugs require additional parts and usually additional labor, so they are quoted higher based on the exact vehicle and access.
What if my 4-cylinder has hidden or difficult-access spark plugs?
The starting price may not apply. Intake or plenum removal, difficult-access plugs, additional component removal, and any required gaskets or seals are additional and are quoted before the work is performed.
Are expensive OEM, iridium, platinum, or specialty spark plugs included?
The correct plug specification is always matched to the vehicle, but premium, OEM-only, specialty, or unusually expensive plugs can increase the parts price beyond the $349 starting package. The exact parts cost is confirmed before service.
Are ignition coils or spark plug wires included?
No. Ignition coils, coil boots, and spark plug wires are separate parts and are not included in the base tune-up package. They are replaced only when appropriate and separately approved.
Does a tune-up include diagnosing a misfire or check-engine light?
No. If the vehicle has an active misfire, warning light, rough running, or another drivability concern, diagnostic testing may be needed separately because maintenance parts should not be used as a substitute for diagnosis.
What happens if a spark plug is seized, broken, or the threads are damaged?
Extraction, thread repair, inserts, or cylinder-head work are outside the base package and require a separate estimate. Some cases are not suitable for mobile service.
Can you replace only the spark plugs or only one of the filters?
Yes. Individual maintenance items can be quoted separately. The $349 offer is the starting price for the combined tune-up package on qualifying vehicles.
