If the engine stumbles, hesitates or loses power, describe when it occurs and whether a warning flashes. A cylinder code does not prove a plug is faulty; coil, injector, air, fuel or mechanical issues may need testing. Stop driving if a warning flashes or the engine runs severely rough.
Confirm engine access and the existing offer
Year, make, model, engine and trim determine spark-plug type, count and access. Some vehicles require intake removal or special tools. Tell us about modifications or previous work so the appointment can be planned for the actual engine layout.
The $349 starting tune-up offer applies only to select four-cylinder vehicles with standard-access plugs and standard engine and cabin filters. It is not a universal price. Hye Tech verifies eligibility and scope before maintenance; diagnosis for an active problem is handled separately.
Plug replacement should follow the correct service schedule and engine specification. If the car has aftermarket ignition parts or a recent engine repair, mention that before booking because the parts and access plan may no longer match the factory configuration.
